Focus Group Discussion (FGD): “Jajak Pendapat Pembentukan Dewan Sosial Media di Indonesia”
Beltsazar Krisetya, the Principal Researcher at Safer Internet Lab, participated in the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on “The Formation of a Social Media Council in Indonesia,” organized by Kadin Indonesia on June 25, 2024.
This event brought together key stakeholders from the social media and information and communication technology sectors to discuss the benefits and challenges of establishing a Social Media Council in Indonesia. The FGD aimed to gather diverse opinions, formulate concrete recommendations, and develop effective implementation strategies for the council’s formation and operations. These recommendations and strategies took into account various local contexts and research findings from UNESCO.
