Safer Internet Lab is collaborating with the Centre for Digital Society, UGM to host an academic conference, the Information Resilience and Integrity Symposium (IRIS), on 21 August 2025 at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIPOL), Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM).

Carrying the theme “Generative AI and Information Resilience in the Asia-Pacific: Actions and Adaptations,” this symposium responds to the rapid advancement of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI), which is increasingly being used across various sectors for a wide range of purposes.
